Hi, I'm Pam.

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and nutrition coach.  I help clients replace restrictive diets with sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits customized to their own needs and preferences.  I believe that food and lifestyle have the power to heal and prevent many chronic diseases.  But first you need clarity on what your body requires to feel its best, and then you can begin to use food and lifestyle to optimize wellness.  My speciality is helping clients design their optimal nutrition plan and then supporting them through the inevitable challenges that come up as they embark on their journey of habit change.

Eating healthy shouldn’t have to feel so complicated.  At Pure Nutrition & Wellness, I teach you how to create a healthy and realistic routine that works for your busy life.  You’ll discover what to eat for your body AND how to stop overeating and self-sabotaging (no more late night, out of control binges!).  I’ll coach you through every step so that you can stop spinning your wheels and finally achieve the lasting results you’ve been wanting. From weight management to lowering inflammation, my services have you covered. 

1. Contact Pam

To get started, contact Pam via phone, email or by filling out an inquiry request form on this site. We'll schedule a free 10 minute inquiry call to talk prior to your initial session. During this call, you'll share relevant background information and I'll answer your questions about my services so we can decide if we're a good fit to work together. If we're a good fit, we'll schedule your initial appointment.

2. Submit Forms

Complete new client onboarding paper work. This will be sent to you electronically through a HIPPA compliant portal after our inquiry call. You must complete this paperwork at least 24 hours before your first session or your appointment will be cancelled.

3. Health Assessment

During this 60-90 minute initial session, I'll gather detailed information about your health history, nutritional needs and goals. Together we'll begin to formulate a personalized roadmap for success.

4. Weekly Follow-up Sessions

Follow-up meetings are 30-45 minute sessions tailored to your needs, and can include nutrition education and counseling, habit development, and coaching.
