This fresh black bean salsa is the perfect combination of simple, colorful, and delicious. - 1, 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
Add the black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, and cilantro to a medium bowl.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and ground black pepper.
Stir gently until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
For best flavor, refrigerate for 15 - 30 minutes before serving.
