Ingredients
- 2 green onions (both the green and white part)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp cumin
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the green onion, garlic, cilantro and lime juice in a high powered blender and blend until creamy.
- Place the mayonnaise in a bowl along with the green onion mixture, cumin and salt. Stir to combine, adding salt as needed.
