Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 - 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • kosher salt to taste, just a pinch will do

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and Mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add the other ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  • Taste and adjust to your preferences- if you want it spicier, add more chipotle sauce. For more tang, add an extra squeeze of lemon.
  • Transfer to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
