Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1/4 cup high protein granola or Grape Nuts cereal

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt with the cinnamon and honey
  • Layer yogurt, apples, pistachios and granola. Repeat layers and sprinkle a dab of cinnamon on top.
  • Serve or store in the refrigerator.
