Apple Cinnamon Parfait

- 3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup high protein granola or Grape Nuts cereal
Mix yogurt with the cinnamon and honey
Layer yogurt, apples, pistachios and granola. Repeat layers and sprinkle a dab of cinnamon on top.
Serve or store in the refrigerator.
