Maybe your fasting glucose or A1C has started trending upward, and you’re not sure what changes would actually make a difference.

Feeling tired or running out of energy?

Your eating patterns, meal timing, blood sugar regulation, sleep, stress, and other lifestyle factors can all play a role in how you feel.

Struggling with weight despite trying to eat well?

You don’t need another restrictive diet. You need practical strategies that support metabolic health and are realistic enough to maintain.

Want to be proactive?

You may simply want to improve your metabolic health now and build habits that support energy, healthy blood sugar, and long-term wellness.

Small, sustainable changes can make a meaningful difference.

Metabolic Health

Metabolic health is about more than blood sugar.

Metabolic health is influenced by many factors, including blood sugar, insulin sensitivity, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, muscle health, genetics, and other lifestyle factors.

That’s why I don’t believe in giving you a generic “metabolic health diet” and sending you on your way.

Instead, we look at your health history, your goals, your current eating patterns, your lifestyle, and the habits that are realistic for your life.

Together, we’ll focus on practical changes that support healthy blood sugar, metabolic wellness, energy, and long-term health because your health is about the whole picture.

My Approach

Nourishment Over Restriction

A healthier approach to nutrition isn’t about cutting out everything you love. It’s about nourishing your body with foods that support your energy, metabolism, heart health, and long-term well-being.

Instead of restrictive rules, we’ll focus on nourishing foods and realistic habits that work with your life.

Foods that support digestive and cardiovascular health.

Nourishing fats that support overall health.

Protein to support strength, energy, and satisfaction.

A variety of plants for fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

Carbs that provide nourishment and lasting energy.

Simple strategies that work for your life.

Healthy eating shouldn't make your life smaller. It should help you live it better.

Personalized nutrition. Practical Strategies. Real-life Change.

01

Understand

We start by looking at your health history, current nutrition habits, lifestyle, challenges, and goals.

02

Personalize

Together, we’ll create nutrition strategies based on your needs and not someone else’s diet plan.

03

Build

You’ll learn practical skills and habits you can continue using long after our work together ends.

Your plan should fit your life- not require you to change your life to fit your plan.

Build Meals That Support Metabolic Health

Supporting metabolic health doesn’t mean cutting out carbohydrates or following a complicated diet. I help you build balanced, satisfying meals that support healthy blood sugar, energy, fullness, and long-term health.

1/2 Non-Starchy Vegetables

Fill about half your plate with colorful vegetables to add fiber, volume, vitamins, minerals, and plant compounds.

1/4 Lean Protein

Choose foods such as fish, chicken, beans, lentils, tofu, eggs, or Greek yogurt to support satiety, muscle mass, and more stable blood sugars.

1/4 Fiber-Rich Starch

Choose satisfying carbohydrates such as oats, beans, lentils, potatoes, quinoa, brown rice, or whole grains to slow the rise in post-meal blood sugar and fuel healthy gut bacteria.

Add Healthy Fat

Include foods such as extra virgin olive oil, avocado, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish to promote meal satisfaction and support healthy blood sugar and insulin function.

It’s all about balance. The goal isn’t to create a perfect plate every time.  It’s to build meals that nourish your body and support your blood sugar, energy, and metabolic health over time.
